Salted Caramel & Peanut butter swirl ice cream

A fun and easy way to make your own ice cream and adding your own flavors to make it how you want it to taste
Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 cups unsalted cashew nuts, soaked for 30 minutes in boiling water
1 cup dates pitted
1 can organic coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch of pink Himalayan salt
1 and 1/2 tbs smooth peanut butter
Method :
.Turn on your kettle and wait for the water to boil
. In a bowl add your cashew nuts and pour your boiling water and cover your cashew nuts and let them soak for 30 minutes
. Drain your cashew nuts and pour into a blender
. Add the rest of your ingredients in a blender, dates, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and Himalayan salt and blend well together until smooth.
.Pour in your mixture into a bread tin and smooth it out
. Grab 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of smooth peanut butter and drizzle it all over and spread it all over
. Set in the freezer overnight
. Once set serve your ice cream in a bowl or a cone and add any extra toppings you like
