Apple crumble Oats

Who said you can't have dessert for breakfast? perfect to prep overnight and to make on the go if you're in a rush for work


Ingredients:

1/2 cup oats

1/2 banana

1 cup plant-based milk or any milk you have got

1 pinch of cinnamon

1 tbs Syrup

1 pinch of nutmeg

1 pinch of allspice

1 red apple

1 tbs of natural yogurt

1 Tbs pecans ( optional topping )


Method:

.Combine your oats, milk, yogurt, and banana in a pot, mash your banana with a fork and add in a pinch of cinnamon and give it a stir and put it in the fridge to set overnight.

. Dice your apple into cubes and put them in a pan

. Add a drizzle of syrup and a pinch of cinnamon into a pan

. Combine your apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice in a pan and let the apples saute for 10 minutes

. Set aside your apples in a container and put it in the fridge.


. You can either cook the oats straight away if you don't want to leave them overnight. You can also have them cold. Whichever you prefer


You can decorate and add whatever toppings you like :)
